Starting in 2023, every S-Force™ watch comes with a full 5-Year Warranty from date of shipping.
During the warranty period, the movement, hands, dial, strap, clasp, glass and lugs are all covered under this warranty. If it breaks, we’ll fix it. If we can’t fix it, we’ll replace it.
Please keep in mind that this warranty covers manufacturing defects only; damages caused by general wear or external/human factors including glass damage, water damage, strap damage, batteries, and theft are not covered under warranty. We do offer complimentary battery replacements if your batteries die within 2 years of purchase.
In the event that your watch cannot be fixed but is no longer available, a watch of equal value and similar style will be provided.
Proof of purchase is required for ALL warranty claims, so please make sure to have your order confirmation email. Repair requests can be submitted HERE.
Every S-FORCE piece of jewelry comes with a full 100-year warranty from the date of shipping.
If during the warranty period, jewelry clasps, metal links or jewelry entirely fails due to a manufacturing error, we will replace or fix the item for free.
Please keep in mind that this warranty covers manufacturing defects only: damages caused by normal wear and tear user such as scratches or small chips, lost or stolen pieces is not covered under the warranty. However, as a complimentary benefit to S-FORCE Customers, all customers are eligible to receive 1 replacement for 75% off MSRP if their jewelry is severely damaged through wear and tear.
